Payment Plan and Refund Policy

All payment plans entered into are final. By entering into a payment plan for any courses, group coaching programs, private Voxer coaching, or private coaching, you agree to fulfill the entirety of the payment plan, regardless of your decision to continue or end participation.

If you choose to discontinue your participation in any program or coaching, you are still liable for the completion of all agreed-upon payments. No refunds or cancellations will be provided for any remaining payments under a payment plan.

For payments paid in full: All payments made in full are also final. There are no refunds or exchanges once the full payment is processed, as this payment is for the entire course or service. This policy applies to all courses, group coaching programs, private Voxer coaching, and private coaching.

If ending your participation does not resolve your payment commitment, we will work together to ensure that the program or service fulfills the value you paid for.

To cancel future sessions or notify us of your desire to end participation, please contact us in writing by emailing [email protected]. However, this does not absolve you of your financial commitment.
